Elizabeth Horsman

Elizabeth is currently serving as Vice-President of Commercial Lines with Mississippi Insurance Managers where she is responsible for Commercial Lines Underwriting and product development. Elizabeth has also been instrumental in developing and implementing current underwriting disciplines for Brierfield Insurance Company.

Elizabeth began her Insurance career within the Independent Agency System in 1974 rising to Marketing Representative with Crum and Forster in 1981. Elizabeth next served as a Commercial Lines Underwriter with The Home Insurance Company followed by a six-year term as a Commercial Lines Underwriter with New Hampshire/Audubon Group until joining Mississippi Insurance Managers in 1991.

Elizabeth received a B.S.E. from Delta State University in 1973 and completed some graduate studies from Mississippi State University. She obtained the Certificate of Insurance Counselor Designation in 1987.
