Frank Scott, CPA, CPCU

Frank currently serves as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer for Mississippi Insurance Managers. 

Prior to joining Mississippi Insurance Managers in 2005, Frank began his insurance career in 1975 with F. W. Williams State Agency as an accountant.  In 1982 he was selected to be manager of the new accounting department for the Jackson branch of USF&G.  He later became Admin Manager and Controller for USF&G in Jackson.  In 1997 he moved to Atlanta to become the Regional Controller for the Southeast Small Business Marketing Center for USF&G and then The St. Paul.  In 2002 he was made Finance Director for Bonds in Baltimore for The St. Paul.  In 2005 he retired from St. Paul Travelers.

Frank received his Masters of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University.  He is past president of the Mississippi Magnolia Chapter of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters and served as chairman of the Mississippi Property & Casualty Guaranty Board.  Frank holds other insurance designations as well as being a CPA early in his career
