You must report all claims directly to St. Paul Travelers by calling 1.800.238.6225. In order to provide you with the most efficient service possible, please have the following information available at the time of your call:

• Policy Number

• Detailed description of the accident or loss, including:

• Date and time of loss

• Location of loss

• Conditions under which the loss occurred

• Names, addresses, and telephone numbers of injured parties or others involved in the loss, including witnesses

• Complete description of any vehicle (if applicable) or property involved in the loss

• Agent’s or broker’s name

It is important to report the loss as soon as possible. We can assist you even if you do not have all the information listed above.
